Proof of licensure by the Florida Department of Education<p “=””>Provide one of the following documents:
- A Final Order granting Provisional/Conditional Approval by the Department of Education/Commission for Independent Education.
- A letter from the Florida Department of Education/Commission for Independent Education indicating approval.
- A copy of your Department of Education/Commission for Independent Education license.
Course of Study Requirements
Your course of study must meet minimum requirements as outlined in Rule 64B7-32.003(1)(b), F.A.C.
Proof of Graduation Requirements
Provide a sample transcript. Transcript must meet requirements as specified in Rule 64B7-32.002, F.A.C.
If your program includes Colonic Irrigation
Your course of study must include a minimum requirements as outlined in Rule 64B7-32.005, F.A.C.
Submit application and documents to the Board office.
Board staff will review your application and documents for completion. Board staff is unable to make a determination concerning curriculum requirements. Once complete, your application and documents will be submitted to the Board Liaison for review. You will receive correspondence from the Board office when the review is complete.
If your application is approved by the Board Liaison for schools you will receive correspondence from the Board office indicating your approval.
Some applications require review by the Board to make a determination for approved status. Notification of required Board review will be mailed out to the school’s address of record.
